Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

About me

Lynda Dickie – Cognitive Behaviour Therapist.

I’m a Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working in Glasgow City Centre. You can either visit face to face in comfortable Therapy surroundings or via zoom for clients who prefer online sessions.

I work in an integrative way using interventions from different treatment modalities to suit the individual needs of the client

Prior to working as a therapist, my background in Addiction Rehabilitation services meant I spent many years supporting people through the process of making changes to their thoughts and behaviours that improved the quality of their lives.

I am compassionate, friendly and very committed to the wotk I do. Sometimes our true potential is limited by our own belief patterns that we are not even aware of. I care about helping people become aware of the things that are holding them back and accept themselves as they overcome beliefs or patterns of behaviours that are no longer serving them.

Client’s Personal Testimonies can be found on my CBT Therapy Page.
